Creating a Customer or Patient Note Draft
When recording is active, you can stop the recording and start creating a note draft using the Create Note button, located in the upper right corner of the interface.

Processing steps
Processing the note draft has two stages: finishing the transcription and generating the note draft. Below is a more detailed description of each step:
Finalizing transcription A transcription of the conversation is created, and any errors made by speech recognition are corrected.
Creating note A language model generates the note draft based on the conversation. This typically takes about half a minute. |  |
