Editing Note Drafts
You can edit a note draft by clicking on the section of text you want to modify. This will open the editing view. The section being edited will be highlighted with a black border, and Save and Cancel buttons will appear below it.
In the editing view, you can freely modify the draft: delete text, or add entirely new text to the entry.
Once you have made the necessary edits, press the Save button located below the section you are editing. You can also discard all changes and restore the original content of the section by pressing the Cancel button.
Transferring a Clinical Note to your EMR
After making the necessary edits, press the Copy Note button in the upper right corner of the interface. This button copies the note to the clipboard (the same as pressing Ctrl + C on selected text). Alternatively, you can copy individual sections by clicking the copy icon in the upper corner of that section. |
After pressing the Copy Note button, a menu will automatically open asking you to evaluate the original note draft generated by the model. You can choose from different icons to indicate how satisfied you were with the draft before making edits.
β
You can also provide more detailed feedback by selecting problem areas from a list or by writing free-form feedback. If you choose to write free-form feedback, please remember not to include personal data or other sensitive information.
We greatly appreciate receiving as many evaluations as possible to support our development!
Placing the Clinical Note into your EMR
Once the note has been copied to the clipboard, you can paste it into the information system either as a whole or section by section (e.g., with the Ctrl + V keyboard shortcut).
Regenerating Clinical Notes with More Detailed Instructions
If the clinical note generated by the language model did not include all the necessary details, you can ask Gosta Aide to regenerate it based on additional instructions. This can be done with the Regenerate button.
Clicking this opens a window where you can write more specific instructions and then press the Regenerate button.
You can freely dictate (by clicking the Add voice instructions button) or write the changes you want in the instruction field and then press Regenerate. The clinical note will then be recreated according to your instructions. |
|
If you leave the instruction field empty and press Regenerate without adding any instructions, the language model will recreate the clinical note using the original parameters.
