Deleting Notes
Once a clinical note has been transferred to the customer or patient information system after editing, the version saved in the browser can be deleted. Deletion is done by pressing the Delete icon next to the appointment in the list on the left. |  |
If you haven't yet rated the note, you will be prompted to rate the quality of the note.
If you do not delete the notes yourself, they will be removed automatically when you close the internet browser. |  |
A clinical note cannot be restored once you have deleted it yourself or after closing the internet browser. Please make sure you have transferred and saved the clinical notes into the customer or patient information system before deleting them.
